A 2-day deep dive into to exploring the matrix of our mind-body-consciousness through movement, yoga therapy, and bodywork as tools for transformation and healing. Tapping into classical yogic philosophies and supported by the sensibilities of our physiological and psychosomatic systems of health and wellness, experience from the inside out the infinite web of our interconnectedness. Through a process of constant balancing and embracing change, we will cultivate a mindful and practical dialogue for practicing & teaching yoga, movement, self-care, or in offering bodywork to support your students, clients and your loved ones.
Through an inquiry-based approach, Daphne will guide you into uncovering your very own healing techniques through our physical and subtle mind-body maps. She will facilitate movement, breath techniques, hands-on techniques, and bodywork modalities to unravel our innate intelligence to heal and nurture our body, mind and spirit.

• Understanding Yoga & mindfulness as therapeutic tools
• Functional anatomy vs embodied anatomy: Inquiring into our unique blueprint
• The art & science of breath
• The yogic model of the mind-body-spirit & unlocking the secret of consciousness through our fascia network
• Bodywork modalities & self-care techniques
• Coming into embodiment
Programme schedule:
Session 1 - Understanding Yoga as Therapy: Posture & Breath
This session will begin with inquiring the movement patterns of our mind & body vis-a-vis the anatomy of breath, leading into a movement exploration between stability & freedom. Finishing with a a deep relaxation of partner breath inquiry with hands-on tools.
Session 2 - Inquiry-based Somatic Yoga: Repose & Release
Building upon the blue print of identifying, articulating, differentiating & integrating our breath within the body, we will further unravel the embodiment process through our relationships with gravity, the support of our visceral organs, as well as our fascia network. Experience functional anatomy through an inquiry into our connective tissues, learn hands-on assists techniques in releasing tension in common trouble areas such as the back, shoulders & neck.
